Meet Liz

Nutritional Therapist & Women's Wellness Coach

Nutrition is key to our overall health and wellbeing, as I have learned on my journey to becoming a nutritional therapist. 

​

With a background in fitness, I knew the importance of fueling my body for energy, performance and recovery, but studying the science of nutrition enabled me to understand the impact food has on our mood, energy levels and quality of sleep. 

​

Over the years, I have been able to improve my health and wellbeing by eliminating digestive issues, correcting nutrient deficiencies and improving cystic acne that were impacting my life.

​

After my bowel cancer diagnosis in 2021, nutrition was vital in helping me regain my strength and energy during my recovery from major surgeries and chemotherapy treatment. 

​

Now, having entered peri-menopause myself, I understand how overwhelming this stage of life can be and feel privileged to support women to take back control of their health and happiness.
