Nutrition

Female-specific nutritional therapy coaching supporting you through perimenopause and menopause consisting of:

60-minute one-to-one, personalised deep dive into nutrition, evaluating diet, health and lifestyle. Learn how to boost your health and support hormone function by making healthy, whole-food choices. This is a healthy eating programme, without the need to count calories!

Two further 30-minute nutrition check-ins over the first six weeks to track your progress and make adjustments.

Fitness

Weekly 60-minute fun, small group fitness session working on strength, cardio fitness & functional movement

30-minute home workout to be completed weekly.

Coaching package price:
£60 sign-up, then £20 per week for the remaining 7 weeks.
