Transform Your Nutrition & Fitness

Ladies 8 week kickstart programme will include:

Nutrition

  • Female-specific nutritional therapy coaching supporting you through perimenopause and menopause consisting of:

    • 60-minute one-to-one, personalised deep dive into nutrition, evaluating diet, health and lifestyle. Learn how to boost your health and support hormone function by making healthy, whole-food choices. This is a healthy eating programme, without the need to count calories!

    • Two further 30-minute nutrition check-ins over the first six weeks to track your progress and make adjustments.

    • My support via WhatsApp.

    • There is no counting calories; it is just healthy whole food.
       

 

Fitness

  • Weekly 60-minute fun, small group fitness session working on strength, cardio fitness & functional movement 

  • 30-minute home workout to be completed weekly.

Coaching package price:

£60 sign-up, then £20 per week for the remaining 7 weeks.

   

Give yourself just 8 weeks of commitment and consistency to see and feel the change in your body, feel re-energised and boost your wellness.

As a qualified Personal Trainer & Nutritional Therapist, I specialise in midlife wellness, helping women to boost their health and confidence in their 40’s and beyond using easy to implement fitness and nutrition strategies.
